Daily Health Tips: 5 Elements

Little Modified routine for Daily 5 elements:
1) Get up before 6.15 in morning or before sunrise.
2) Water Element - Drink 3 glasses warm water( possibly with lemon and honey) from copper vessel.
3) Fire Element - After clean stomach, Do Surya Namaskar and other Physical exercises while making your body expose to Sun for 20 mins.
4) Air Element - Then atleast Do 5 mins Breathing exercises or 3:2 breathing for 15 times followed by meditation.
Repeat 3:2 breathing for 10 times before sleeping.
5) Sky/Space/Ether element - Ideally meditation time should be equal to your age. e.g 30 mins if age is 30.
Do more meditation if you re not getting proper sleep.
6) Earth element and Water element - Eat only fruits and fresh vegetables in breakfast or in evening snacks. Do this atleast 5 times a week .
Take dry fruits or nuts atleast twice in a week.
How 5 elements can give you all nutrients and energy.
1) Air Element (80% energy)
2) Earth Element (15% energy, All nutrients are in Fruits, Vegetables, Honey)
3) Fire Element (5% energy, Important for maintaining Body temperature and Digestion)
4) Water Element (Important to supply nutrients to all parts of body)
5) Space ( No body can survive without it, We can t get it in Food, Only source is Sleep and Meditation)
Concept of Nutrients, Vitamins, proteins and minerals got evolved in last 500 years, Prior to that people were relying more on direct sources of energy from 5 elements and nature.
They were not thinking much of what to eat and what not to eat. Whatever was available in that season they relying on that.
Key thing to understand here is not to eat daily same food, this will surely Imbalance 5 elements composition in our body.
Keep on changing fruits and vegetables daily, don t eat wheat based Roti or chapati daily, replace with Bajra, Jawari etc.
